How do I order?
- It's very simple. Just click on the item you'd like to purchase & a new window will appear with that design. From there, you will be able to add it to your shopping cart. The shopping cart will keep a tally of your items until you are ready to checkout.
What methods of payment do you accept?
- I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & cashier's checks. If you live in the area, you may pay cash in person, but please do not send cash by mail.
What are your shipping options?
- All orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail or UPS. I will try & figure the least expensive and more practical way to ship it to you. Please contact Nikki at nkrug@frontier.com I appologize if you have written to the old email. It really never has worked & I have always forgotten to take it down.
Shipping Rates:
- How long will it take for my designs to arrive? With USPS Priority Mail, it should take between 2-3 days & I'm checking into UPS. Please be patient while I am still working on Shipping prices (especially on pottery pieces), so if you have any questions about total price, please feel free to contact me & I'll figure it out for you. You'll receive an invoice but it will be pending. **Please read this now & are not surprised if your bill is a bit different in the end. I put a price, approximately & it includes insurance as well. I will check into it more this winter (2013).
Tax Rate - 6.250% -- Hopefully I can keep these low prices for you!
Returns and Exchanges
- I love all of my pieces & hope you will too, but for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have 10 days of receiving your package of Jewelry to send back the unworn item in the same packaging. Also include the receipt that you received in your package, indicate if it is a RETURN, EXCHANGE, or REPAIR, the reason for Return/Exchange/Repair AND a phone number to complete the exchange/return/repair. Please package the item in an insured, well-packaged enclosure. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipment charges for any returned merchandise. I'm sorry but earrings are not returnable for health reasons. *Please do not send any jewelry back before contacting me.
- I create high quality jewelry & I want my jewelry to last for years! If your design breaks due to normal wear & tear within 1 year, I will be happy to fix it at no cost to you. Please note that that some beads may not always be available and substitutions may be necessary. I will always do my best to find the closest substitutions if needed. Also, if you are sending a piece back for a free fix, please try & have all the beads that started with the necklace. I may have to charge for lost beads. It shouldn't be a large fee, but I can't be taken advantage of either. If it's a few, I may wave the fee or sale them to you at wholesale.
If you should chip a stone or damage a piece not due to my workmanship, or if it's after 1 year of ownership, please contact me for a quote.
- Custom Jewelry orders are returnable for exchange only.
- If there was any problem with a pice of pottery, please contact me & I will contact the Postal Service. I make every effort to wrap all designs in bubble wrap and add lots of extra wrapping for this purpose.
Do you have a mailing list?
- Yes. There is a box on the home page that allows you to join the mailing list.
**New Payment Policies**
- Starting January 2010 - When ordering custom pottery, the piece is now to be paid in full (100%) before I will begin the painting process.
- If you are ordering a customized jewelry piece, I will now be asking for the full (100%) before I begin designing the piece. .
Do you custom design jewelry and pottery?
- Yes! I love creating custom jewelry. If you see a piece of jewelry, but don't like the bead or color, if you have seen a design in a magazine, or if you just have a special design in mind - email me & we will work together to make the design of your dreams. If I currently have the beads, I can give you a quote within 24-48 hours. If I will have to order the beads, I will need a minimum 72 hours to do the research.
*Weddings, Proms, Homecoming & other special occasions: - I will be happy to help design your jewelry for that special occasion. For weddings, we set up a consultation and within an hour or so, your jewelry, your bridesmaids jewelry, and even gifts for the wedding party will be picked out. It really is that easy! - *For those giving referrals, please make sure your friend gives me your name & you will recieve a free gift of your choice.
- Ordering Pottery is easy: pick out the colors of your choice, tell me the name(s) for personalization and I will create it especially for you. Whether you're looking for a wedding, a new baby, or any special occasion (including special holidays), Nikkidoodle Designs will create a Special, Personal, and Unique one-of-a-kind Pottery Design just for your occasion.
*Please note pottery can take up to 4-6 weeks from time of ordering, depending on customization & availability.
- Customized Pottery is non-refundable.

- Nikki is currently looking for new locations to sell her designs. If you have a great boutique, or know of someone who does, please contact me with the store's information. You can always see Nikki directly for any of your jewelry or pottery needs.
Do you have a newsletter? How can I sign up?
- Nikki is working on making a monthly newsletter. If you would like to receive one, please join the mailing list. Sometimes it may be sporatic, but I have the best intentions - anytime you want to know anything, call or email me & that'll get me on the ball.
