Please note, I spend most of my time designing and there are times when it is not possible for me to answer the phone, so please make sure to leave a voicemail with your phone number and email address so I can return your message as quickly as possible. Please understand, that at times, personalized, customized pieces can take up to 4-6 weeks or even longer.

The time depends on:

- If I have the piece you are wanting or if I have to order it

- What kind of design you want on the piece (design time)

- My schedule at the time, especially around the holidays

- On the upside,  now that I have my own beautiful kiln at my house, the timing for glazing and firing has been shortened tremendously.  I will do my best to get you a quote in 48 hours.  If it's going to be more time, I will let you know.  I can normally get you a price easily once i know the piece you want & the decorations you want.  I do require a full payment before I start on a custom Pottery piece. If there are problems - please talk to me before we even begin this process. I'm sure we can work out a deal. 

The same will go with my Unique Jewelry and Fun and Artistic Wreaths. I normally have a set price for my Wreaths but if you give me a price - I can almost always work with it, if it's within reason.
